Hold this before or right after your first training session. It sets the tone for the entire season.
Share a little about yourself โ why you're coaching, your soccer background (or lack of it!), and your goals for the season. Parents appreciate knowing who is responsible for their child.
Keep it warm and brief โ 2-3 minutes max. The goal is to feel human and approachable, not to impress anyone.
