Search for GameChanger Team Manager on the App Store or Google Play and install it. It’s free.

Open the app and tap Sign Up. Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You can also sign in with Google or Apple if you prefer.

Tap Create a Team. Select Soccer as the sport, then enter your team name (e.g. “AYSO 206 — Blue 10U”), your age group, and the current season. Tap Create Team to finish.

Tap Roster then Add Player. Enter each player’s first and last name. You don’t need jersey numbers or any other details to get started — just names is fine.

Tap Roster, then tap a player’s name and select Invite Guardian. Enter the parent’s email address and tap Send Invite. They will receive an email with a link to download the app and join your team. Repeat for each player. Parents can also be invited all at once via a team invite link — tap the share icon on your team page to get the link and send it via text or WhatsApp.

Tap Schedule then Add Event. Enter the date, time, and location for each practice or game. Parents will be notified automatically and can RSVP so you know who is coming.

Tap Messages to send a message to the whole team or to individual parents. This is the best way to notify parents of cancellations, reminders, or any last-minute changes.
